- Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook the rice or pearl couscous according to package instructions. Chop cucumbers and prepare olives.
- Assemble the bowl by serving rice or couscous, topping with meatballs, cucumbers, and olives. Drizzle with tzatziki and garnish with dill and lemon.
