Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs or almond flour, chopped onions, minced garlic, egg, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs about 2 inches in diameter, aiming for 16 meatballs. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cook the rice or pearl couscous according to package instructions. Chop cucumbers and prepare olives.
  6. Assemble the bowl by serving rice or couscous, topping with meatballs, cucumbers, and olives. Drizzle with tzatziki and garnish with dill and lemon.
