- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Fry the regular-cut bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until just shy of crispy, about 8–10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
- Place the frozen phyllo cups on the prepared baking sheet. In each cup, add 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar, followed by a dash of maple syrup, then fill with chopped bacon.
- Sprinkle an additional bit of brown sugar on top of each filled phyllo cup for added sweetness.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Keep an eye on them!
- Let the bites cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
