Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Blackberry Compote: In a medium saucepan, combine blackberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until thickened, then cool.
  2. Make Cheesecake Base: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and whipped topping. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and half of the blackberry compote.
  3. Form Cheesecake Pops: Scoop mixture into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  4. Coat with Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate wafers. Dip frozen pops in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Sprinkle with edible glitter or crushed graham crackers.
  5. Set and Serve: Chill pops in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until chocolate is set. Serve on a platter.
