  3. While the potatoes roast, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef or turkey and sauté for about 6-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped red onion, chili powder, and cumin into the skillet with the browned meat, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add black beans and corn kernels, stirring to combine and cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Assemble your Loaded Potato Taco Bowl by starting with crispy potatoes at the bottom, topped with savory meat mixture.
