Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together four large eggs in a mixing bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add unsalted butter. Wait until melted and foamy.
  3. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet. Stir gently for about 3 to 5 minutes until softly set.
  4. Push the eggs to one side and add black beans to the other side, warming for about 2 minutes.
  5. Place crispy tostada shells on plates and spoon warmed black beans onto each shell.
  6. Top each tostada with the scrambled eggs. Ensure even distribution.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs and broil for 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
  8. Remove from the broiler and layer with avocado slices, adding salsa on top.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Serve immediately.
