  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  4. In a separate bowl, gently mash the raspberries, then add fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, mixing until well combined.
  5. Spoon the raspberry mixture over the batter and gently swirl it into the batter with a knife or toothpick.
