Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli and cook for about 4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Transfer broccoli to a bowl and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy whipping cream and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Incorporate grated Parmesan cheese and one-third of shredded mozzarella into the cream mixture. Stir until cheeses melt completely. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Return sautéed broccoli and cooked chicken to the skillet. Mix together until fully coated in the cheese sauce.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top. Broil for 2 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
