Step-by-Step Instructions for Healthy Pumpkin Blossoms
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the white whole wheat flour and cinnamon until thoroughly combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the pumpkin purée, melted butter or coconut oil, and pure maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
