- Wash and dice the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Set aside.

- Push potatoes to the side and add onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef or turkey, breaking it up while cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the mixture, cover, and cook for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
