Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in 1 cup of frozen peas and 1 cup of diced carrots, sauté for approximately 3-4 minutes.
  4. Fold in 4 cups of cooked jasmine rice, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and a pinch of black pepper, stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in 1 cup of diced pineapple and 1/2 cup of cashews, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro before serving.
