Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes skin-side up until golden brown.
  3. Lower heat and add minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, and lemon juice. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
