- In a large mixing bowl, measure out 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of caramel sauce with 1 teaspoon of apple pie spice. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Carefully pour the melted caramel mixture over the Rice Chex cereal. Using a spatula, gently fold the cereal into the caramel until fully coated.
- Fold in 1 cup of crushed apple chips into the caramel-coated Rice Chex, mixing gently.
- Transfer the mixture into a large zip-top bag or a clean bowl, add 1 cup of powdered sugar, and seal or stir until well coated.
- Spread the coated mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
