  • 1 package Waffle Fries Frozen or homemade
For the Toppings
  • 2 cups Corned Beef Leftover
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut Diced pickles can be a substitute
  • 1 cup Emmental Swiss Cheese Can substitute Gruyère or Mozzarella
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Homemade Thousand Island Dressing Store-bought can be used but homemade is preferable

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen waffle fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
  2. Once crispy, remove fries and cool for a couple of minutes. Arrange fries in a single layer on a large platter.
  3. Evenly distribute corned beef over the fries, then add sauerkraut on top.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Emmental Swiss cheese generously over the toppings.
  5. Place under the broiler for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  6. Drizzle with homemade Thousand Island dressing before serving.
