- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen waffle fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
- Once crispy, remove fries and cool for a couple of minutes. Arrange fries in a single layer on a large platter.
- Evenly distribute corned beef over the fries, then add sauerkraut on top.
