Preparation Steps
- Brew 1 cup of strong cold brew coffee and let it cool completely at room temperature.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled cold brew coffee for no more than 2 seconds per side.
- In a bowl, mix 16 ounces of cream cheese, 3/4 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in the soaked ladyfingers into the cheesecake mixture.
- Layer half of the cheesecake filling over soaked ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and remaining filling.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving and slice into generous pieces.
