  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Room temperature, can substitute with mascarpone.
  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee Can use regular brewed coffee if strong enough.
  • 3/4 cup Sugar Can substitute with sugar substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Other flavor extracts can be used.
Ladyfingers Layer
  • 1 pack Ladyfingers Both store-bought and homemade work well.
Topping and Dusting
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder Can use chocolate shavings or cinnamon.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Brew 1 cup of strong cold brew coffee and let it cool completely at room temperature.
  2. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled cold brew coffee for no more than 2 seconds per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix 16 ounces of cream cheese, 3/4 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the soaked ladyfingers into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake filling over soaked ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and remaining filling.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving and slice into generous pieces.
