Cupcake Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, prepare the chocolate cake batter according to box instructions.
- Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter and place a Reese's miniature cup in the center.
- Bake for approximately 16 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the confectioners’ sugar and adjust with milk until smooth and spreadable.
- Once cool, frost the cupcakes and garnish with chopped Reese's mini cups if desired.
