Method
 

Preparation

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Carefully add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the beaten eggs to the combined mixture until just combined.
  6. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
