Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add the sliced carrots and trimmed green beans to your glaze in the mixing bowl and toss gently to coat.
  4. Spread the glazed carrots and green beans in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once roasted, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
