Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. Cream together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter and ¾ cup of granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add in the 2 large eggs and 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Whisk together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 ¾ teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with ½ cup of milk, and stir gently until combined.
