Preparation Steps

  4. On one half of each oval, add pizza sauce and low-fat cheese, leaving a ½-inch border.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to seal and crimp edges tightly with a fork.
  6. Bake sealed pockets in the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once baked, let the pockets rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
