  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder or cornstarch
For the Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2 cup mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha to taste
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted for extra flavor

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. Chop broccoli into small florets and set aside.
  3. Slice chicken into strips, season with salt, pepper, and spices, and toss to coat.
  4. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl; pour into skillet with chicken and simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
  7. Combine mayo with sriracha and a splash of water in a bowl until smooth.
  8. Assemble bowls: layer rice, chicken, and broccoli; drizzle spicy mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
