  3. Combine Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla extract into the mashed bananas.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Add in chocolate chips or nuts if desired and mix gently.
  7. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
