Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Slice chicken breasts in half and coat with the marinade. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Grill the corn tortillas for 1–2 minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla, then add sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and radishes.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, add sour cream and fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
