Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  2. Slice the bell peppers and red onion into strips. Toss them with olive oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  3. Place the sausages on the grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side until charred.
  4. Once the sausages are charred, add the bell peppers and onions to the grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove everything from the grill. Serve the sausages on toasted rolls or arrange on a platter.
