  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over it, seal, and massage gently. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In the last 2 minutes of grilling, top chicken with pepper jack cheese and close the grill lid to melt.
