  • 1 large Egg for glaze

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and optional veggies, cooking for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Roll Out Dough: Unroll pie crusts on a floured surface and cut out ghost shapes.
  3. Assemble Pies: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place half of the ghost cutouts on sheets, fill with taco mixture, and top with cheese.
  4. Top and Seal: Cut eyes and mouths on remaining ghost cutouts, place over filled cutouts, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Bake: Brush with egg and bake for 10-14 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve: Let cool briefly and serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
