Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add halved baby potatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring until golden brown.
  2. Increase the heat slightly and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low, add remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Return potatoes to skillet and toss gently to meld flavors, heating for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
