- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Combine minced garlic, chopped parsley, and cilantro in a medium bowl. Add red wine vinegar and olive oil, mix well. Set aside.

- Remove the first batch, repeat with remaining steak bites. Add more butter and minced garlic, toss to coat.
