Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat, then add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, add half the butter, and sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the steak, lower heat, and add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir; add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted, seasoning with Italian herbs.
  5. Drain pasta and add to the skillet along with steak; gently fold until coated in sauce.
  6. Serve in bowls, garnished with extra Parmesan, cracked pepper, or fresh herbs, and enjoy!
