Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter with 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley. Mix until creamy.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each of the 4 slices of bread.
- Place 2 slices of bread butter-side down on a preheated skillet. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese blend over each slice, then top with remaining slices butter-side up.
- Cook on low heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Gently press down with a spatula.
