Method
 

Dressing Preparation
  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper until emulsified.

Salad Assembly
  1. In a large salad bowl, add mixed greens.
  2. Core and slice Honeycrisp apples into thin wedges, then layer them over the mixed greens.
