Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dice the tomatoes, peel and finely chop the red onion, and mince the jalapeño. Place into a large mixing bowl.

  3. Sprinkle in salt and add chopped cilantro. Gently fold the mixture together, avoiding mashing the avocados.
