  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce Tamari can be used for gluten-free.
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Honey or maple syrup can be substituted.
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil Regular sesame oil is fine if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger Fresh ginger or ginger powder are alternatives.
  • pinch Red Pepper Flakes Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper Adjust to personal taste.
  • optional Sesame Seeds For garnish.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare your rice or noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté 3-4 cups of broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. In the same skillet, cook 1 pound of lean ground beef and 2-3 minced garlic cloves for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Whisk together the sauce ingredients and add to the beef, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the sautéed broccoli back to the skillet and toss everything together.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
