- Prepare your rice or noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté 3-4 cups of broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- In the same skillet, cook 1 pound of lean ground beef and 2-3 minced garlic cloves for 5-6 minutes.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients and add to the beef, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sautéed broccoli back to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
