- In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal and 6 cups of Frosted Cheerios. Gently mix until evenly distributed.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 pound of vanilla almond bark and heat on high for about 1 minute. Stir thoroughly to ensure all the bark melts evenly.
- Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal mixture and gently fold until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Once the cereal is fully coated, sprinkle in a generous amount of Easter M&Ms and Cadbury Mini Eggs, folding them into the mix gently.
- Spread the mixture onto wax or parchment paper, creating an even layer. Allow it to cool at room temperature for about an hour.
- After the mixture has set, break it apart into bite-sized pieces and place in a serving bowl or bags.
