  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to wet ingredients, alternating with steeped milk.
  6. Pour and smooth the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
