  • 2 cups Watermelon Cut into cubes, remove seeds
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 medium Banana Frozen for creaminess
  • 1 cup Vegan Yogurt Any preferred brand, Forager Project recommended
  • 1 medium Lime Juice and zest needed
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Optional, adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Assemble your high-speed blender and pre-measure the needed ingredients.
  2. Cut watermelon into cubes and place them in the blender.
  3. Add frozen strawberries on top of the watermelon.
  4. Peel and slice the frozen banana, then add to the blender.
  5. Scoop in the vegan yogurt.
  6. Squeeze the juice of the lime into the blender and add lime zest.
  7. Drizzle in maple syrup if desired.
  8. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  9. Adjust consistency with water or almond milk if necessary.
  10. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
