Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the honeydew melon, English cucumbers, avocado, celery, green grapes, green bell pepper, garlic, and red onion into manageable chunks.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine all prepared ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Taste gazpacho and adjust flavors by adding salt and pepper, then blend for another 30 seconds.
  4. Transfer the gazpacho to a bowl or airtight container and chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Serve in bowls or cups, drizzled with olive oil and garnished with fresh parsley.
