  • 3-4 bags tea bags (black or green) choose based on preference
  • 4 cups water boiling

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Collect fresh, unwaxed dandelions, rinse thoroughly.
  2. Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  3. Add tea bags and dandelions to hot water.
  4. Cover and steep for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture to remove solids.
  6. Sweeten tea with sugar or honey while warm.
  7. Fill container with cold water and chill for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve over ice, garnish with lemon or mint if desired.
