  • 1 pound Chicken Sausage sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Orzo Pasta

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken sausage to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the broccoli florets and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 cup of orzo pasta, stirring for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in 3 cups of chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Stir in 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
