Preparation Steps
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and melt ½ cup of unsalted butter. Mix and press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together one package of chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk for about 2 minutes until thick. Pour over the crust.
- Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in ½ cup of powdered sugar and gently fold in 1 ½ cups of mashed raspberries. Spread over the chocolate layer.
- Spread 8 ounces of Cool Whip over the raspberry layer and create swirls and peaks.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
