  • 1/4 cup Sweetener (maple syrup or honey) can use liquid stevia for lower sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats or Almond Flour use more almond flour if desired
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips can substitute with dark chocolate pieces
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
  2. Fold in protein powder, rolled oats or almond flour, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix until combined, about 2 minutes.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners to ensure easy removal once frozen.
  4. Scoop the yogurt cookie dough mixture into each cupcake liner, pressing down to fill.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 1–2 hours or until solid.
  6. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
