Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Select a ripe watermelon, cut the rind, and chop into 1-inch cubes to get about 1 cup.
  2. Fill the Ninja Creami pint container with cubed watermelon up to the max fill line.
  3. Pour coconut water into the container, reaching the max fill line.
  4. Secure the lid and freeze the mixture for at least 12 to 24 hours.
  5. Microwave the container for 30 seconds or run warm water around it to loosen the sorbet.
  6. Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the sorbet setting.
  7. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and enjoy, optionally topping with mint leaves.
