  • 2 cups Mixed Fresh Fruits A mix of strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple
  • 1 medium Bananas Sliced just before serving
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp Honey Adjust based on fruit sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest Use a microplane for fine zest

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all mixed fresh fruits under cold water. Peel and chop pineapple into bite-sized pieces, and half the strawberries if larger.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, pour the dressing over the chopped fruits and gently toss to coat.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss and transfer to a serving bowl.
