- In a large pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for an additional minute.
- Add 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms to the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring, until browned.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over the mixture, stir, and cook for about 2 minutes.
