Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 3–4 minutes.
  2. Select a serving vessel—trifle bowl, mason jars, or shallow baking dish—and ensure it's clean and dry.
  3. Layer the yogurt mixture in the bottom of your dish, followed by sliced bananas, and then a layer of whole grain cookies. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with yogurt.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld and cookies to soften.
  5. Before serving, add extra banana slices and crushed cookies on top for garnish.
