Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.
  6. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Dollop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the chocolate batter and swirl gently.
  8. Sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate chips over the top of the mixture.
