Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by selecting fresh cucumbers and slicing them thinly, about ¼ inch thick, using a sharp knife or mandoline for even cuts.

  3. Gently crumble the feta cheese into the bowl with the cucumber and herbs and fold carefully.
