Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by thinly slicing the green and red cabbages using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  2. Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl with the cabbage.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
  4. Coarsely chop the fresh cilantro and mix it in.
  5. Finely mince the jalapeño and fold it into the slaw ingredients.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, and ground cumin until smooth.
  7. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss gently to coat.
  8. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
