- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In your mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, chopped bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
- If using cheese tortillas, melt mozzarella until gooey and easily moldable. Shape it into a tortilla.
- Take a tortilla and scoop a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll tightly around the filling, tucking in the ends.
- Place the taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet spaced evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with extra ranch dressing or dipping sauce.
