Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the Parmesan cheese finely and spread it evenly across the lined baking tray.
  3. Thinly slice the yellow onions into rings and layer them on top of the grated cheese without overlapping.
  4. Lightly coat the onion rings with avocado oil using a brush.
  5. Sprinkle the onion rings with paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for about 10 minutes before breaking them into pieces.
