- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese finely and spread it evenly across the lined baking tray.
- Thinly slice the yellow onions into rings and layer them on top of the grated cheese without overlapping.
- Lightly coat the onion rings with avocado oil using a brush.
- Sprinkle the onion rings with paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for about 10 minutes before breaking them into pieces.
