  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Scoop 20 tablespoons of cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, making small mounds and leaving space between them.
  3. Flatten each mound to about 1/8-inch thickness using the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle a small pinch of garlic powder and onion powder over the flattened cheese mounds.
  5. Bake the chips for 40-50 minutes, checking for dark brown edges and firm centers.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the pan to ensure a satisfying crunch.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container for storage; they can be kept fresh for 3-4 days.
